Oh, my - YUM!

We had mac and cheese for lunch today with the recipe from the link above. Wow, that was easy & good! I'm sure there wasn't much healthy about it other than the calcium content, but it's a great comfort food kind of lunch!

I used penne pasta, 2% milk, and the leftovers from a bag of colby-jack and a bag of mozzarella. We made just half a recipe, and it was just enough for me & Alex. (I probably would have eaten it all if not for Alex...)

Anyway, I'm not a great cook. I seldom share recipes. But this one? YUM! Next time, I'm thinking of using sharp chedddar.
