Tot Pack – Can I Pick Your Brains, Please?

Those of you who use these packs, I want to hear from you!  I’d love to know what YOU’D like to see in the next pack.

I’m currently working on a Thanksgiving pack, but after that I’ll be putting together a cowboy/cowgirl pack.

What pages would you like to see in a cowboy pack?  What ideas do YOU have?  I can design these pages, but sometimes miss out on creative ideas.  You may have the ideas, but you don’t know how to design the pages.

No matter how simple or crazy or complicated or…well, whatever…you think it might be, every idea is worth hearing! :)  Please feel free to comment on this post or send me an e-mail if you have some creative ideas for cowboy themed pages!

Here are a few samples of the graphics (from KPM Doodles) to get you thinkin’…

Thanks!  I appreciate all of you :)

I don't really have any ideas beyond the usual things I see in tot packs, but your post looked so lonely there without any comments. Thank you for your time and effort!

My daughter always enjoys those roll and graph activities.

I love picking through your virtual idea shelf! I use your ideas in my preschool classroom. We always can use patterning and measuring activities. Sequencing is good as well. Along with your always fabulous activities! Thanks for sharing!

I just found a preschool Sesame Street Bingo game at Target. My son loves it. It has the characters on different color squares. I've been struggling to create my own board. You might have better luck (or skills). You can switch out the "characters" for different themes.

Thanks, ladies! I replied to your comments via e-mail if I was able :)

Lisa ~ I'd love some suggestions on what kind of measuring & sequencing activities you'd like to see. I'm all for giving those a try!

A few ideas . . . A story/activity book, action cards (ride a horse, jump - a cactus), and lacing cards. Thanks for all you do! My two-year old is really enjoying the fireman pack right now.

I like the cut and glue pages (like color and cut out all the bits - eyes, nose, mouths, pigtails, boy hair, hat, bandana, sunglasses- and cut them all out and then decide what to glue on). I have a pizza page that I laminated and it is great fun!

I also like the ones you cut out and add brads to make a toy. (right now we are getting miles of fun out of the ben & jerry's skeleton like that).

I always play a scavenger hunt kind of game (like I might say how many cowboy hats do we have in the house and the kids run all around counting and searching).

I so admire folks who give like you do. I wish I could give you a huge hug in thanks!!

I love the idea of action cards. Like Annie suggested!

I think it would be fun to also have a search and find part of the horse or cowboy game. ex: Where is the horse's or cowboy's nose, eyes, ears...ect.

I'm going to see if I can think of anything else.
:) Love your graphics you've found!!
